Dr. Raklewicz earned his Bachelor's degree and Medical degree from the University of Pittsburgh. He completed a medical internship at Presbyterian University Hospital, Pittsburgh. He completed orthopaedic research at Rancho Los Amigos Hospital, Downey, California, before completing an orthopaedic residency from the University of Pittsburgh Program and Affiliated Hospitals. Dr. Raklewicz is board-certified, and a member of the Pennsylvania Medical Society and the Luzerne County Medical Society.
